Engaged?

The Gallup Polls always confirm our greatest fears…  Its almost as if they attempt to find the most painfully obvious truths and document them extensively…

Businesses should know this stuff… if your employee hates working for you … they will not do a good job and that affects how they feel about themselves and their life.   The same goes for churches and families and just about any relationship in the world… If you engage people and make them feel valuable and integral in the relationship they will give more to the relationship thus benefiting everyone involved… I feel like Captain Obvious here… but apparently we need good solid math to prove that people that are engaged in positive  relationships tend to be happier.

On the flip side… if you hate your job… the odds are you will continue to hate it and you have a pretty high chance of getting depressed…   again thank you Captain Obvious…I know… but seriously… I would rather love my job and be strapped financially than hate my job and have everything I wanted… but thats just me…
