Welcome to “The Kitchen”

I have thought about it long and hard and I truly believe that I would be doing all of my readers a disservice if I didn’t bestow upon all of you my culinary expertise! So I decided to start a new section called “The Kitchen”  I have been handing out recipes and cooking since I was a kid… and I didn’t get to be a big guy just by sitting around playing video games!  There is a lot of research involved in being a great cook…and believe me I have done some research, most of it is still around my waist!  so if you need recipes or just want to read about the latest thing I am cooking up in the kitchen then keep an eye on The Kitchen… you never know what I will come up with!
