Love your blog. I too have cooked okra many a times though differntly. But the aroma of a well done Okra as the lady said in a heavy cast iron pan, sounds too tempting. I have turned into a vegetarian lately so I&#039;d skip the sausage part.

I don&#039;t know if this is your origin, but since I was a teen I have called onions zonion with a cajun pronunciation (silent Ns and sounding more like &quot;zone yone&quot; (silent Ns)).

Ya remember how a cajun says &quot;cut the grass&quot;?... Mow de lawn.</description>
