well I told you about Art Rage and this is almost as big! a free photo editing program that has tons of options and there is nothing to download!
it will connect with quite a few online social networking programs like facebook, webshots, flickr etc. so it is an easy way to work on your photos! and it is pretty slick if you ask me.
I checked it all out to make sure it was safe and legitimate, and they will not keep your photos..or retain rights to them, or store any passwords. There is some advertising but it didn’t seem to take away from the design or usefulness. It is a fantastic program and I hope you all enjoy it!
